Tuesday to Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday 8am-4pm
This role requires someone who is energetic; works well in a high paced environment, has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and can handle high-stress situations in a professional poised manner. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of service or mechanical experience, work well in a team environment, be proactive, have a high attention to detail and be highly organized.
You
will help schedule shop appointments, communicate and work with both the sales
and rental personnel to coordinate and schedule work coming from those
departments. You will assist in diagnosing customer issues via phone and with
walk-ins as well as dispatch mobile service technicians. You will be the point
of contact for customers and will be responsible for overseeing and following
up on customer inquiries, updates and service completions. You will be required
to be on-call for 1-2 weeks a month, on a rotating shift, to attend to after
hour’s service calls.
Our Delta branch is looking for an experienced, highly detailed individual to join our dynamic service team in the role of Service Advisor. In this position, you will be supporting our service team by processing vendor invoices, issuing purchase orders and work orders, running month-end open work order reports as well as assisting the service manager as needed.
